Fouzia Tahir

By profession she is a grant manager and grant writer, she started her career in a Caritas Faisalabad Pakistan as Grant writer and stayed on this position for 5 years. After that she started EACH Pakistan as Founder and as an Executive Secretary. Because of her vast experience in women empowerment, program management and development, she really believes in development of each person especially women/young girls.

Mrs. Tahir an experienced project manager, with tremendous experience in designing concept notes and project proposals, building relationships with donor partners through strong communications. She has improved the quality of programs through evaluations and systematic discussions and meetings with field staff. She is also a part of the management committee of EACH Pakistan. Being a social worker, she believes in the independence of women and children. This is her strong hope that she always wants to see the participation of women and children in EACH’s projects. EACH ‘s successful projects are the confirmation of her strengths in helping women and children. She also has worked towards building peace building in an oppressed community because she knows the importance of peace for healthy society and the empowerment of women for a successful community.
